hmm... ok, what to post today? a poem? a story plot, or thing? idk, what do you all think?
hmm.... ok, so i was reading this part in my book, about a mord-sith (for those of you who are not SoT fans, a mord-sith is a woman, who has been trained from a young age to be a torturing weapon. she is taken, and trained, so to speak, her body is broken first, she is raped, and beaten, and tortured with an agiel, a foot long red leather rod, possessing magic that can cause tremendous pain ( bone breaking, blood, welts, everything imaginable), then her spirit is broken, she is forced to watch her mother endure the same torture she was, until her mom dies, then her mind is broken, she is forced to torture her father to death, in the same manner she was tortured, named cara, was being tortured, the details are important, she has a pot chained to her stomach with 3 rats inside, hot coals were put on the pot to heat it up, the rats started chewing through her stomach to get out. anywho, the importance of all this is that it made me almost cry. idk why, but just the way it was written, the fact that this one person, who was so strong, and so mentally warped would be made to scream. she had been through everything, rape, beatings, cuts, bruises, metal abuse, everything you could ever do to hurt someone had been done to shape her into this emotionless, torture device, and the only thing she hated was rats, and that is what made her cry out, and scream for her mom, and recede into her mind, mumbling and crying to her mom.
anywho, i know you all don't care, but it was weird to me, 'cause books don't usually make me cry, and this one almost did, even though i have read it before, this time, it just seemed, idk, more real.
